Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from PeachesPlacePets in the UK
Flat rate standard shipping to the UK is £3.95
Flat rate Tracked and Signed shipping to the UK is £6
Our current processing time is 1-3 weeks for MADE TO ORDER products.
During busy periods processing time may be longer, and will be displayed on the home page.
Please see home page for current processing times.
Ready to post products will be posted within approx, 5-7 working days.
Our preferred company for shipping is Royal Mail – However, should you order in bulk, we may use other services such as Parcel Force.
We currently do not accept orders from outside of the UK.
Return & Refund Policy
For all products -
Please ensure you carefully inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately should there be an issue, we are happy to help resolve any problems.
We do not accept returns/refunds on custom products – If there is an issue with your custom product, please do contact me so we can find a solution and resolve the issue.
We do not accept returns/refunds on any product damaged by yourself or dog.
To be eligible for any return/refund your product must be unused and unwashed.
No refunds will be submitted until the product has been returned and received by us, we would recommend you use a tracked shipping method to ensure the item gets back to us safely.
If your product is lost in the post, this is not our responsibility and no refund will be issued without the item being received by PeachesPlacePets.
Sale products and Seconds Products are not returnable or refundable.
(Please note – Products for sale on this website are NOT indestructible and we recommend that dogs who are strong chewers do not use these items, we recommend that dogs are always monitored when using any product bought from PeachesPlacePets)
(We can not be held responsible for any damages caused to your property by any product made and sold by PeachesPlacePets, this includes but is not limited to your dog ingesting materials from a product purchased from us.)
Refunds – We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved we will refund you the amount paid minus any postage costs. Please note this can take a few days depending on the day of refund and who you bank with.
